Nigerian police beat up and bundle suspected ‘Yahoo boys’ into a van in Benin. (Photos + Video)

As the Nigerian Police force relentlessly continues to clamp down suspected internet fraudsters, a team of officers have carried out arrests in Benin city.
A video that’s emerged online shows the moment the officers arrested some suspected internet fraudsters, otherwise known as ‘Yahoo boys’ in Benin, Edo State.
The suspects are seen being bundled into Police vehicles even as they resist arrest, prompting the officers to assault and use force on them.

Recently, an unidentified Yahoo boy confessed to making N1.8 billion before retiring from cyber fraud business.
According to the report which made rounds online, the former fraudster also exposed methods in which various scams and money rituals are carried out in Nigeria.
